Breton and Magritte Talk with Cecilia about Infinite Possibilities
Against a blue sky, a woman dressed with an orange coat and purple pants sits on a sandy beach with a painter's brush on the right hand, and a white cat under her left hand. On her eyes, she has a stethoscope that hangs over her chest. Her stomach is an open mouth with an eyeball on top of a hand. Through the open mouth, one can see the ocean and the sky.
This is the second surreal impressionist painting I have created to represent the importance of women in societies all over the world.
The painting is relevant because it shows the infinite possibilities of women in society. They can be in the medical field, painters, judges (orange robe), and anything they want to be. Often times, men refer to women as cats in a derogatory fashion. The white cat under the right hand of the muse represents a pet and not a woman.
